About our Products:
PersonliTrees was the first book written by Eldora author Joan Klostermann-Ketels. In it she explores the personality that each tree possesses, if we really just take the time to look at them. Each photograph is paired with a matching quote. Our lineof coordinating products are taken from a few favorites from the two books. Items are all handmade in the same local area that most of the trees in the books reside. Each item is unique and no two are exactly alike! We hope the book and the accompanying gift items bring inspiration to you or someone close to you!
"Formidable" is one of my favorite tree spirits because it literally stopped me in my tracks when I saw it the first time. I was visiting a cemetary when I saw "Formidable." As I looked up at this giant tree I saw a woman standing strong, arms outstretched with a child on her back. Upon closer examination it was clear that she had had a mastectomy because of the scar on her right breast. She was standing in the middle of this cemetery saying "I beat cancer!" As a breast cancer survivor and having lost a sister to the disease, this tree spoke loud and clear to me that day. Every time I look at the picture I feel her strength and thank her. -Joan Klostermann-Ketels
